COCONUTTY CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE
BARS
 
8 oz. cream cheese softened
1/2 c sugar
1 egg
1/2 c coconut
1/2 c chopped pecans
1 18 oz. of refrigerated chocolate chip cookies

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, then add sugar and egg. Fold in nuts and coconut. Remove half of dough from wrapper and press in ungreased 8 x 8 square pan. Spread cream cheese mixture over dough crumble and sprinkle remaining half of dough over cream cheese mixture.

Bake at 350°F until golden brown, about 50 minutes. Needs to feel firm to the touch. Chill one hour and cut into bars.
