ARVILLA'S CHICKEN LIVERS 
Chicken livers
Bacon, cut in 1 inch pieces
Olive oil
Seasoned bread crumbs
Salt
Seasoned pepper

Clean, wash and pat livers dry. Cut in half. Alternate liver halves and bacon pieces on skewers, beginning and ending with bacon. Salt and pepper. Brush with olive oil and roll in bread crumbs. Broil about 4 minutes on each side. Check for doneness; cook until pink in center. You may substitute oysters for livers. Water chestnuts also make a nice addition.
