ONE - ONE AND ONE - RASPBERRY
MOUSSE
 
1 pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed
1 pkg. raspberry Jello
1 pt. vanilla ice cream

Drain raspberries, reserving syrup. Make Jello with 1 cup boiling water and using reserved syrup add cold water to make 1 cup and add to mixture. Add ice cream by spoonfuls and stir until smooth. Chill until partially set and fold in raspberries. Chill until firm. Garnish with whipped cream.
