BACON STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 slice bread torn in sm. pieces
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar
1/4 jar Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits

Remove stems from mushrooms and set aside caps; chop stems. Cook onions and chopped mushroom stems in butter until tender; add bread pieces. Remove from heat; stir in bacon bits and cheese. Mound fillings in caps. Place in shallow baking pan. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve warm. Makes 15-20 appetizers.
