1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
6 egg whites
1 pt. whipping cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. Oreo cookies

Dissolve gelatin in 1/3 cup hot water. Add 1/3 cup cold water; set aside. Beat whipping cream until stiff with sugar slowly and set aside. Beat egg whites; add vanilla. Combine all ingredients (whipped cream and egg whites). Crush 1/2 of cookies; put on bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Pour mixture on crushed cookies. Crush other half of cookies and sprinkle on top. Refrigerate 2-4 hours.
