BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 - 1 c. chopped nuts
Chocolate chips

Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in brown sugar until dissolved. Cool these ingredients slightly then beat in well the eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well and add 1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts. Put in greased 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle chocolate chops over top. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into squares when cool.
