GREEN BEAN AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) cans green beans, cut
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
Dash of salt
1/2 c. cheese spread
1/2 c. ham, diced (about 2 oz.)

1. Heat beans in their own liquid.

2. In separate saucepan, melt butter. Blend in the flour until smooth. Gradually stir in the milk and cook, stirring constantly until thick. Add salt and cheese, heat, stirring frequently until cheese is melted. Add the diced ham.

3. Drain beans and place in a casserole dish. Top with cheese and ham sauce. Makes 8 servings.
