GREEN RICE CASSEROLE 
4 beaten eggs
1 tbsp. grated onion
2 tsp. salt
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1 c. milk
4 c. cooked rice
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/4 c. melted butter

Cook spinach 5 minutes. Drain. Mix all ingredients well and put in buttered casserole dish. Pour melted butter on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
