CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 head cabbage
3 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. Ritz or cheese crackers
3/4 c. milk
Cheddar cheese
season to taste

Preheat oven to 325°F. Place 1/2 package of crackers on bottom. Add a thick layer of cabbage. Add milk and butter. Season to taste. Add a thick layer of cheese and the remainder of crackers. Top with a light layer of cheese.

Bake for 35 minutes. Let cool. Serve.
