HONEY CHICKEN 
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 or 4 chicken breasts, boned
1 stick butter
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Combine flour and salt. Dip chicken in the flour-salt mixture. Melt butter and pour over chicken. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake 30 minutes longer, basting often. Serve over rice.
