CHUCK ROAST | |
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1 (4-6 lb.) chuck roast 1 can cream of mushroom soup Salt & pepper Rub onion soup mix into both sides of roast; add soup, salt and pepper to taste. Wrap roast in thick aluminum foil, so juices cannot escape. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours or until tender. Open foil to brown top the last 30 minutes of baking. |
