EASY CHUCK ROAST 
3-4 lb. lean chuck roast
1 pkg. onion soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
Little pepper

Place roast in heavy aluminum pan, sprinkle half of onion soup and half mushroom soup on one side of beef. Turn meat and use balance of onion soup mix and mushroom soup mix. Place sealed aluminum foil with meat into a casserole or large skillet or pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 2 1/2 hours for small roast.
