FARMHOUSE MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
3 lg. eggs
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder

Mix together all ingredients with hands. Shape into loaf in pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes and drain grease. Cover with sauce and continue baking 15 minutes longer.

SAUCE:

1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
