CHOW MEIN HOT DISH 
1 lb. cooked hamburger
2 c. chopped celery
1 med. onion, diced
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken rice or chicken gumbo soup
15 oz. can mixed vegetables, include liquid
1/2 c. chow mein noodles

Cook celery and onion together; mix remaining ingredients and noodles. Put into a greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with noodles on top. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
