ROCKY ROAD CANDY | |
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate 1 sq. (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate 1 tbsp. butter 2 eggs 1 1/4 c. powdered sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. peanuts 2 c. mini marshmallows Melt chocolate pieces, chocolate and butter in large saucepan over low heat, stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Beat eggs until foamy. Mix in sugar, salt and vanilla. Blend in chocolate mixture. Stir in peanuts and marshmallows. Drop by teaspoonsful onto waxed paper. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Store in refrigerator. Makes 4 dozen. |
