SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE | |
3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. 100% whole milk 2 eggs 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. melted butter TOPPING: 1 c. chopped pecans 1/3 c. flour 1 c. brown sugar 1/3 c. melted butter Mix all ingredients together, beating with mixer. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Add topping. Topping: Mix together all ingredients. Sprinkle on top of souffle. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350°F degrees. |
