ORANGE CREAM FRUIT SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (16 oz.) can peaches, sliced, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
3 med. bananas, sliced
2 med. apples, cored and chopped
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 of a 6 oz. can (1/3 c.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
3/4 c. sour cream

In large bowl, combine fruits, set aside. In small bowl, combine pudding mix, milk and orange juice. Beat with mixer until blended. Beat in sour cream. Fold into fruit mixture. Cover and chill. 10 servings.
