BEEF SHISH KABOBS | |
Chuck roast French dressing (or yogurt) Onion wedges Bell peppers (quartered) Sm. tomatoes Cut meat into cubes (large enough to put on skewers). Marinate in large bowl with onions and French dressing for 24 hours. Then put on skewers alternating with tomatoes, onions and bell peppers. Cook over hot charcoal to desired doneness. |
