BANANAS FLAMBE 
1/2 c. butter
4 lg. bananas, cut into 1/4 inch slices (about 3 1/4 c.)
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. banana flavored liqueur
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. brandy
Vanilla ice cream

Heat butter in 10 inch skillet over medium heat until melted. Stir in bananas. Cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in sugar, liqueur and cinnamon. Cook and stir 1 minute. Heat brandy in long handled saucepan until warm. Ignite and pour over bananas. Serve hot over ice cream.
