LINGUINE ALA BARBARA 
1/2 c. olive oil
3 to 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 med. zucchini, chopped
8 to 10 ripe cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/3 c. sundried tomatoes, cut in half
8 oz. seafood sections, chopped
Fresh or dried parsley and basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute the garlic in olive oil, add zucchini, cherry tomatoes and sundried tomatoes and cook 10 minutes.

Add seafood sections and season with parsley, basil, salt and pepper. Add 1/4 cup of water.

Cover and cook 20 minutes longer. Serve over linguine. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese.
