1 egg white
1/2 oz. cream (whipping cream is best but half and half will do)
1 1/2 tsp. powdered sugar
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. Rose's lime juice
1 to 2 tsp. orange flower water (if available)
2 oz. gin
Club soda

For each drink, combine all ingredients except club soda in blender with cracked ice. Pour into a tall glass over more ice and add about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of club soda, or to taste. Save time and make in batches of 4 or so. Use entire egg for a golden fizz.
