CHEX AFTER - SCHOOL SNACK 
9 c. Wheat, Rice, or Corn Chex
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Place cereal in large bowl; set aside. In small pan over low heat melt chocolate, peanut butter and butter until smooth, stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla.

Pour over cereal, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated. Place cereal mixture and sugar in large plastic bag. Shake until all pieces are coated. Spread on wax paper to cool. Store in airtight container.
