CHERRY MASH BARS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3/4 c. peanut butter
16 oz. lightly salted peanuts, crushed

Melt chocolate chips in double boiler (or saucepan) over medium heat. Add peanut butter. Take off heat and add crushed peanuts. Spread 1/2 of this mixture in bottom of buttered 9 x 13 pan; chill. 2/3 c. evaporated milk (sm. can) 12 lg. marshmallows 1/2 c. butter 1 c. cherry chips 1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, evaporated milk, marshmallows, and butter in saucepan over medium heat. Boil for 5 minutes. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and add cherry chips and vanilla. Beat until smooth and pour over chocolate mixture; chill until set, then spread with the rest of chocolate mixture.

Refrigerate and cut in squares. Freezes very well.
