KENTUCKY CHESS PIE 
2 cups white sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) melted butter
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. white cornmeal
1/8 tsp. salt
vanilla, to taste
1 unbaked deep-dish pie shell

Mix all ingredients. Pour into unbaked deep dish pie shell. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until solid.
