PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 cake mix (white or yellow)
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. 7-Up or club soda
1/2 c. walnuts

Mix ingredients together and pour in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 1/2 c. milk

Beat 2 minutes. Fold in 8 ounce container of Cool Whip or you can use whipped whip cream in place of Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
