PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 sm. pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1/2 c. vegetable or corn oil
1 c. club soda or tonic water
4 eggs

FROSTING:

1 sm. pkg. pistachio instant pudding
1 sm. carton whipping cream
1 c. milk

Mix ingredients in order given. Beat for about 4 or 5 minutes. Use greased tube or bundt pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Frosting: Mix ingredients in order given. Whip until thick and smooth.
