CHICKEN AND VEGETABLE BAKE 
4 chicken breasts, skinned
1 can Campbell's onion soup
4 med. peeled potatoes, cut in half
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 sm. can green peas
1 sm. can carrots

Salt and pepper chicken - lay it in a baking dish bone side up. Strain liquid from mushrooms, peas and carrots - add over chicken. Lay potatoes on top and pour soup over top. Cook at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
