CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD 
4 cooked and chopped chicken breasts
1 head lettuce
3 green onions, sliced (optional)
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. almonds, toasted
2 tbsp. poppy seed

Mix well, adding noodles last.

DRESSING:

4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil

Blend and shake. Pour over salad and serve on lettuce leaves.
