MEXICAN DIP 
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
1 1/2 lbs. ground sirloin
2 lg. onions, minced
1 can tomatoes and green chilies

Melt cheese. Cook ground sirloin and onions together and drain well. Add to melted cheese. Stir in tomatoes and green chilies. Serve warm with chips (Tostitos, Doritos, etc.).
