PITA APPETIZER 
1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable soup mix
1 pkg. chopped spinach (thaw and drain)
1 can sliced water chestnuts (drain)
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
Chopped scallions, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Pepperidge Farm Pita Pockets (large)

Combine all ingredients. Fill pita pockets; chill over night. Cut into wedges.
