SWISS STEAK 
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt & pepper to taste
1 lb. boneless bottom, round or chuck steak 1/2" thick
1 tbsp. oil
8 oz. whole tomatoes
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped

Mix dry ingredients. Dust both sides of meat with flour mixture. Cut beef into serving pieces and brown in oil. Mix wet ingredients and pour over meat. Cook until well done, about 45 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
