CHICKEN SUCCOTASH STEW 
3 slices bacon, cut into 1" pieces
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 (14 1/4-16 oz.) cans, stewed tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 1 1/2 lb.)
2 med. sized red potatoes, thinly sliced
1 chicken flavor bouillon cube or env.
