HERSHEY BAR CAKE | |
2 sticks butter 2 c. sugar 4 eggs 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1 c. buttermilk 1/4 tsp. baking soda 10 plain Hershey bars 2 tsp. vanilla Cream 2 sticks butter with 2 cups sugar. Mix together with 4 eggs. Mix in 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour and 1 cup buttermilk (add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda to the buttermilk just before adding to the mixture). Melt 10 plain Hershey bars and add to cake mixture, along with 2 teaspoons vanilla and 1 cup nuts, if desired. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. |
