AUNT PEGGY'S PARTY CHICKEN
CASSEROLE
 
2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. rice, cooked
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. onion, chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 can drained, sliced water chestnuts
3 hard-boiled eggs, cut up
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Corn Flakes crumbs
1/2 c. sliced almonds

Mix together all ingredients except butter, crumbs and almonds. Put into greased casserole. Melt butter and add to Corn Flake crumbs and almonds. Spoon over casserole. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Serves 6.
