1 box lime Jello
1 lg. cucumber, grated
1 tbsp. onion juice
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. hot water

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add other ingredients and let set in refrigerator until congealed. Makes a light but tasty salad for summer to be served with a sandwich or a meal.
