ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE 
1 stick melted butter
2-3 toes garlic (garlic press)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Romano cheese, grated
1 c. bread crumbs
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained and smashed

Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish and top with bread crumbs, with several pats of butter. Heat in microwave about 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
