PEA SALAD | |
1 (16 oz.) can French green beans (drained) 1 (16 oz.) can peas (drained) 1 (12 oz.) can shoe peg corn (drained) 1 sm. jar chopped pimentos 1 sm. chopped green pepper 1 c. chopped celery 1 c. spring onions (chopped) 3/4 c. vinegar 1/2 c. oil 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. water 1 tsp. salt Mix all vegetables together and set aside. Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, pepper, water, salt. Bring to a boil. Let cool and pour over vegetables. Let stand in refrigerator 12 hours then serve. |
