ARIZONA AUTUMN POTATO SOUP | |
1 (15 oz.) cans White Hominy 1 (15 oz.) cans Great Northern Beans 1 (10 oz.) cans Cream of Celery Soup 1 (2 oz.) jar Sliced Pimentos 2 diced potatoes, 1/2 inch squares 1 teaspoon parsley flakes 1 teaspoon sea salt 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 cup water 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilis optional - ground black pepper This has a very smooth taste. Just set down with some butter and crackers and enjoy. -Jerrel In a large pot, combine cream of celery soup with 1 cup of water and mix. Then add hominy, beans, diced potatoes, green chilies, pimentos, parsley, sea salt, and garlic powder and mix it all up. Keep mixing it from time to time as it's cooking.
