HARVEST MOON SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. orange jello
3 c. boiling water
1 c. mandarin orange segments, drained
1 pt. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 pt. Cool Whip
2 c. fun-size marshmallows

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Let stand until beginning to set. Add oranges, cheese and marshmallows. Let set again until fairly firm. Fold in the Cool Whip. Pour into 9x13 pan. Freeze until ready to serve. Serves 12.
