PINWHEELS
2 c. flour
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1/2 lb. butter
Favorite preserve
Powdered sugar

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate dough for about a half an hour. Flour a large section of your counter and roll one quarter of the dough with a rolling pin. Flatten dough until reasonably thin; cut into 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 squares. Cut in each corner about one inch towards center of squares. Place a small amount of your favorite preserves in the center and fold every other corner in the center like a pinwheel. Secure with 1/2 cut toothpick. Bake at 350 degrees, for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove and cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
