COUNTRY STEW 
2 lb. boneless stew meat, but into 1" cubes
1 (17 oz.) can green peas
1 c. thinly sliced carrots
1 lg. potato, cubed
2 onions, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup, undiluted
Dash of pepper
1 1/3 c. water
1 bay leaf

Combine all ingredients in an electric slow cooker. Cover and cook on low setting 8-10 hours or on high setting 4-5 hours. 5-6 servings.
