APPLE PLUM PUDDING 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/8 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and sugar; add egg. Sift together flour, salt, soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add to mixture, then add apples and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
