NOODLES AND PORK 
1 lb. egg noodles
1/2 - 1 1/2 lb. pork, cut in thin slices
3 cloves garlic, mashed and cut up fine
Salt & pepper
4 chicken bouillon cubes
Soy sauce
1/2 heart of celery, diced
1 bunch chopped scallions

Can use chicken, shrimp or all three.

Fry garlic in butter or pork fat. Add meat and cook good. Add celery and scallions. Add bouillon making sure they dissolve in juices. Add cooked noodles, stir in 6 to 8 shakes of soy sauce. Salt and pepper to taste.
