BUTTERSCOTCH YAMS 
2 (17 oz.) cans yams, drained
1/2 c. light Karo syrup
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. undiluted can milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Arrange yams in greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. In 2 quart saucepan combine remaining ingredients, stirring constantly bring to boil and boil 5 minutes. Pour over yams and bake 20 minutes or until glazed.
