CAJUN STYLE CHICKEN 
Flour, enough to coat
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. onion salt
3/4 tsp. ground white pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lb. chicken
4 tbsp. unsalted melted butter

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients. Dip chicken into melted butter. Coat both sides. Place on foiled, shallow baking pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Great with any rice dish!
