MARG'S STEW 
1-1/2 lbs. beef stew meat
6 carrots
6 potatoes
6 sm. onions
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. tomato juice
1 c. tomato sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 level tsp. Minute tapioca

Mix together, put in casserole. Cover and bake in 250 degree F oven for 5 hours.

Don't brown the meat first, just use it raw. Doesn't need stirring while baking.
