1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
1 can Campbell's mushroom soup, undiluted

Arrange a sheet of foil in a shallow baking pan. Place meat in center. Sprinkle all sides of meat with onion soup mix. Pour can of soup over meat. Bring up foil over meat; seal with double fold. Bake in slow oven at 325 degrees for 3-4 hours or until nice and tender. Delicious.
