MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1/2 lb. macaroni
1 tsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 c. grated cheese or Velveeta
1 c. milk

Boil macaroni until tender; drain. Mix butter and egg. Place in buttered casserole. Mix mustard and salt with 1 tablespoon hot water and add to milk. Add cheese, leaving some to sprinkle on top. Pour over macaroni and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until custard is set.
