1 lg. bottle apple juice
3 (2 liter) bottles 7-Up or Sprite

Pour all of apple juice into Jello (ring) mold or Bundt pan. Freeze approximately 1-2 days. Put apple ring into punch bowl and add 7-up or Sprite 45 minutes to 1 hour before serving. For variety you can use cherry 7-Up for color.
