BEEF NOODLE BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
4 c. (8 oz.) noodles, cooked & drained
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed

In large skillet brown meat; drain. Add sauce, onions and peppers; mix well. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Layer noodles, cheese cubes, meat mixture in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with additional cheese.
